### There are 3 ways to turn off alerts



###### Option 1: Text STOP to the number sending you alerts

This will turn off all text message and email alerts.


###### Option 2: Click the unsubscribe link in an email alert

This will turn off all text message and email alerts.


###### Option 3: Log in to your Appointment Scanner dashboard and toggle alerts off manually

This will turn off all text message and email alerts.



### How do I cancel my account?

Appointment Scanner is not a subscription. There are no recurring payments to cancel. You will not be charged again automatically.
